Return & Refund

We hope you love everything you order from Azzlee.com. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please review the policy below carefully.


Important Notice

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by our Customer Service team in advance.

We do not accept items that are returned without prior authorization.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us at service@azzlee.com and provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • The reason for the return or exchange

After reviewing your request, our customer service team will email you detailed return instructions.

Please do not send items to the address listed on your package. That address is not our return facility.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase (and not yet shipped) are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please wait until you receive the package and then apply for a return.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days after approval.

  • If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us.


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be requested for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, including original shipping costs (if applicable).

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If returned items do not meet these conditions, a refund may not be issued.


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and keep the original packaging for verification purposes.


Gift Cards

  • Gift cards can be used once toward future purchases (excluding shipping costs).

  • Gift card purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

To redeem a gift card, please enter the code at checkout as a promo code.
